Clarity currently accepts Cash, E-Transfer, and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) as payment. Based on each therapists registration as therapists, direct billing is available to some insurance companies and is submitted directly by your therapist, not by Clarity Psychological Services business. Please contact your insurance provider or Clarity to confirm direct billing options prior to first session. Please consult directly with your therapist as to whether or not they can provide direct billing. Receipts paid for counselling services will be issued upon payment for session and can be submitted for coverage by most extended health care benefits insurance programs (Blue Cross, Great West, Manulife, etc.).

 

Please confirm with your care provider what is covered under your plan prior to booking first session. Direct Billing is also available pending on your benefits program and can be clarified by a Clarity therapist if needed.
