Therapy

Many people fear the unknown, which may be why engaging in therapy for the first time is difficult to initiate. At Clarity, we strive to provide an informed and confidential environment during your initial session (and throughout treatment). During your first session, we will review the office policies, privacy practices, and your reason(s) for initiating therapy. From there, we will identify your goals and work toward achieving them over time. Each session is approximately 50 minutes in length.  The overall duration of therapy sessions required varies for each individual depending on each individual's personal needs.

At Clarity, we truly recognize that therapy is an intimate and personal experience. Each therapist's work focuses on ensuring that the therapeutic relationship is in place throughout my time working with you.

Comprehensive Psychoeducational Assessments

At Clarity Psychological Services, we offer comprehensive psychoeducational assessments in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Our assessments are designed to help individuals of all ages understand their unique learning profiles and provide clear recommendations to support academic, social, and emotional success. Whether you're seeking clarity about a potential learning disability, autism, ADHD, or intellectual strengths and challenges, we are here to guide you through the process with care and expertise.

Our assessments are thorough and tailored to each individual, ensuring that we gather the necessary information to provide an accurate and meaningful understanding of your cognitive, academic, and emotional functioning. We recognize that navigating educational or developmental concerns can feel overwhelming, and we are committed to working collaboratively with you to identify specific needs and create a path forward.

At Clarity, we believe that understanding is the first step to progress. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to reach your fullest potential. Explore our services and contact us to learn how a psychoeducational assessment can bring clarity and support to your life. We look forward to working with you.
