Welcome to Clarity Psychological Services

Clarity Psychological Services is a warm, inviting, and supportive therapeutic space to support those in the downtown Calgary area and surrounding communities. Clarity Therapists support individuals from all walks of life. Whether you're feeling stuck in a repetitive pattern that is hindering you from reaching your full potential or are experiencing debilitating symptoms that are impacting your day-to-day functioning, at Clarity we provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment that fosters change and growth.  Each Therapist offers a therapeutic style that is supportive, yet structured in a meaningful way, to support in helping you in achieving your treatment goals.

It is important to find a therapist who is a good fit for you; therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Please take some time to explore our website and learn more about our services. We look forward to working with you!

Many people fear the unknown, which may be why engaging in therapy for the first time is difficult to initiate. At Clarity, we strive to provide an informed and confidential environment during your initial session (and throughout treatment). During your first session, we will review the office policies, privacy practices, and your reason(s) for initiating therapy. From there, we will identify your goals and work toward achieving them over time. Each session is approximately 50 minutes in length.  The overall duration of therapy sessions required varies for each individual depending on each individual's personal needs.

At Clarity, we truly recognize that therapy is an intimate and personal experience. Each therapist's work focuses on ensuring that the therapeutic relationship is in place throughout my time working with you.
